Roman for Congress - Jury Nullification

Many American Citizens don't know they have the right of Jury Nullification. What is Jury Nullification? Look at this 1972 ruling.

The United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia has clearly acknowledged there can be no doubt that the jury has an "unreviewable and unreversible power...to acquit in disregard of the instructions on the law given by the trial judge...." U.S. vs Dougherty, 473 F 2d 1113, 1139 (1972).

This right goes all the way back to the William Penn trial in England in August of 1670.
